Shipping your package

R2COTS® delivers parts in their original packaging or in packaging that suits your production needs (tape & reel, tube, tray, etc.).

Parts are delivered with comprehensive traceability and test documents anywhere in the world, with insurance and tracking information.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment.

They are shipped via TNT with a tracking number and delivered without a signature.

Packages can also be shipped via FedEx and delivered against signature.

Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

The transport costs are fixed.

We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
